As a female strength coach, I specialise in how hormones and the menstrual cycle impact the female body. My work allows women to understand their body from the inside out, through training and targeted supplementation designed to regulate hormones for optimal health. With 12 years of experience in strength training and seven years specialising in the female body, I focus on effective programming tailored to female anatomy. I have extensive experience coaching women through various life stages, including pregnancy, c-section recovery, perimenopause, and recovery from abdominal and spinal surgery. Additionally, I provide guidance on nutrition and supplements based on my deep research and personal experience in the health space.
