CD COACHING PACKAGES

Recommended: 2 sessions per week and a minimum of 12 weeks of coaching.

OPTIMUM WELLNESS PACKAGE: £500

The ultimate 1-1 coaching package. A programme built to keep you fully accountable, create healthier habits and improve your mental and physical wellness. 3 sessions per week, across a 5 week period. Including access to the on-demand workout platform, a personalised schedule and a heavy focus on nutrition. You will have access to outside of session support, a 30 day supply of the Female Superfood Blend health supplement, 20 recipe ebook and a CD resistance band.

CD SIGNATURE STRENGTH TRAINING PACKAGE: £250

Across a 7 week period the CD Strength Method will help you build the confidence and gain the knowledge to make a positive lifestyle change. With a realistic and none restrictive approach to training and fuelling your body, together across 10 1-1 coaching sessions we will work to improve your health and your focus. (2 sessions per week are recommended).

BE YOUR BEST PACKAGE: £150

For those who find it difficult to commit in advance, this package gives you 6 x 1-1 coaching sessions over a 5 week period. Work towards a stronger, fitter version of yourself in a none restrictive way, to help you make a more positive lifestyle change and be the best you that you can. Learn how to fuel your body better along with outside of session support and access to the CD team groups.

8 WEEK gym training programmes & VIRTUAL coaching also available.
